Jo founded The Souvenir Collection to create thoughtful, design-led merchandise that captures the identity and story of each destination. Today, The Souvenir Collection works with visitor attractions, cultural destinations, heritage organisations and retailers across the UK and Europe.
Her expertise covers product development, visual merchandising, visitor experience and the changing role of attraction gift shops. Jo is available for interviews and expert commentary on destination retail, merchandise trends, sustainable gifting, personalisation and entrepreneurship.
