Our story: from gifting to destination retail

The business began in 2007 as ICE Elegant Gifts, supplying plain and branded gift items to major retailers. In 2020, the former ICE division was rebranded as The Souvenir Collection, with a clear focus: creating merchandise that feels intentional, design-led and story-driven for destinations and institutions.  

Today, we support a broad customer base across culture, heritage and visitor experiences, backed by London and Manchester offices with dedicated print, design and warehouse facilities and a wide product mix spanning drinkware, stationery, bags, gifting, magnets, pin badges, keyrings, snow globes, glass paperweights and more.
